Another very informative video Barry thank you. First came across your site when I was looking for information about the Hovima Costa Adeje that we had booked for 23rd June 22, however due to TUI overselling and under delivering they cancelled on us,really feel sorry for the other pax who do not have the flexibility that we have ( retired couple) our daughter is currently staying here in the Sol Matias Beach and has given us rave reviews. Without hesitation I have booked for the 20th August with Jet 2 and so looking forward. Keep up the excellent reviews Renee and Barry, I shall have to make you my No 1 go too. Best Regards and good health.
Hi Neil. It is a nice quiet hotel literally on the beach close to the headland on the other side of which is the infamous Magaluf. Those that chose Magaluf did not seem to visit Palmanova. We prefer smaller hotels mainly because, for us, it is much easier to meet people and make friends. I hope you decide to go next year and the video is a true representation of the hotel and the location . Enjoy! regards BJ.
Hi Helen, thanks for you kind comments on Palmanova. It was one of our better hotel experiences so far. Can i ask you to look at another vid i have recently completed, Sunday market Pollensa Mallorca, i ask because i have repeated this video but on market day. I would like to know what you think. kind regards x
Hi Alan. Not sure, a very nice hotel, but, it caters for the older guest. You should bare that in mind otherwise a good choice and location. regards B.J.
Soooo gutted I was set to come ere last march ,I booked it on the 3rd only for it to get cancelled due to this horrible invisible beast. Been to palmanova and magaluf few times for family holidays. Always seen this and thought yes when kids grow up well come ere and that was many many years ago. I believe Tui and hotel no longer have reached an agreement, hopefully when it's up and running we will book with somebody else,or if possible book direct. Love palmanova
Hi Jill. Thanks for viewing Son Matias Beach Hotel Vid. The Son Matias does cater for the older guest, but don't let that put you off going. It is an adults only hotel so if you have a young family then it is a no no! The loction is fantastic the service is very personal and there are younger guests . Because it is a fairly small hotel, you soon integrate with other guests and staff. regards BJ.
I spent an evening there last year and I felt I was in a nursing home!We were there to see a friend who was performing there. We stayed at Santa Lucia next door.Sadly my husband passed away so no more holidays
@@jillaberdeen8945 Hi Jill. So very very sorry to hear your sad news. Do not give up on future holidays, in the fulness of time, you may be able to consider a holiday, but may be not at the Son Matias! Kind regards BJ.
