Thank you Sarita, for putting your heart and soul into each video you make. Congratulations on 1,000 subs. To many more great conversations and content ahead. Well deserved ❤❤❤
😂 Yes it's not easy lol. I have 3 girls, work full-time and I still try to find time for my channel and be consistent. I was watching Kent's video yesterday & he mentioned you loving Palo Santo & he hauled the original to try it out because of you 😊. Awesome review, definitely a 6 so I keep it in my bedroom, solid 7 in a hurricane. It's a lovely bedroom scent 🤍. I know you don't buy Goose Creek but their Vanilla Fluff has a caramel note and it's strong just like you mentioned from having the added caramel to the vanilla. Although it wasn't your favorite I'm so glad you tried it out & reviewed it! I grabbed 3 Palo Santo & Vanilla to enjoy for Fall through Winter. That would be great if BBW released Palo Santo Pumpkin & Palo Santo Sands!
Indeed - no easy feat raising children! That's why I didn't do it, lol. Indeed - Mahogany Teakwood era is slipping away (I hope lol). Indeed - Palo Santo era? I'm here for it. Lastly, CONGRATS on the 1k! The fact that you are not here just to grab commissions for positive reviews is so refreshing. And if it does get you into monetization even better. SO well deserved!
I LOVE Palo Santo Vanilla & actually get quite more Palo santo than vanilla, but all of our noses are different. It’s a great blending candle for me. I bought the Homeworx QVC duo of Palo Santo Spruce & am awaiting delivery. They’re also bringing back a palo santo scent from last Fall 😊
Whoa!! Is the PS Spruce a new one? I could see what you’re saying about percentages. Maybe it’s relative: if you come from vanilla-world, it’s awfully PS-forward? And the reverse from PS world? Do you think PS Vanilla is stronger on PS this year? 🧐
@@coffeecandles3359 I actually think it is stronger on the PS this year than last year, so maybe I got the same catch as your original & Kent’s. 🤔 I guess I’m a vanilla lover as I also love Coffee & Whiskey so 🤷🏼♀️ Yes, Palo Santo Spruce is new. I think Harry comes up with such unique blends so I’m excited to get my hands on it.
I love PS fragrances. I picked up 2 of these. I'm very excited for Homeworx to bring back PS & Pumpkin. Hopefully, it has better strength/throw this year. 💜
I very much look forward to your insightful views on a very varied candle selection. You can only watch/listen to the Stans all rush to review the very latest “and always greatest” release from companies, stressing such urgency to go out and buy immediately before it disappears forever. And then, in 4-5 days time, the next release will be reviewed the previous one never mentioned again. Discouraging and frustrating. The hype machine and FOMO are both real, but you can’t go broke buying wax, it’s just not logical and/or sustainable. For most people.
love your channel... just letting you know QVC is selling a set of Slatkin and co Christmas in July Palo Santo and Junipet candles since you love palo Santo so much!!!😊
Palo Santo Vanilla is great on cold. I'm burning Palo Santo right now and quite a strong throw, really nice. It has high flames. Lavender Sea looks good. Happy burning.
This lavender candle was from candle day 2020. I reviewed it on my Instagram and I said it wasn’t the same as the sea salt one because of the coconut. Southern comfort has a ton of reviews on empty candles from the past. She loved lavender candles. She don’t post anymore on RU-vid. But lots of info. The first number on the code should hv a zero for 2020 and that tells you what year it came out. I did like this candle. Love your videos.
I am REALLY enjoying Palo Santo Vanilla. It has great strength and throw and I find it absolutely intoxicating.🫠 Adding Vanilla to some harsher headier fragrances is a great marketing strategy; more obscure or niche fragrances will benefit from it which introduces a softened version of these types of fragrances to many more people who would otherwise dismiss them right off, “No.42” being an example. Like myself, I think that most people have smelled the Black History candle collection over and over again trying to find the appeal and redeemable qualities. I only liked Anna’s Garden of the bunch and even then, I liked it less and less as time went on. Can’t win ‘em all. My opinion is that the Asian Heritage collection was better and less niche but far too lightly fragranced; my favourite of them being Ginger & Hinoki. That Hinoki wood note is gooood! Now, that being said, I don’t think that most people judge a candle based on a culture it supposedly represents or by its creators’ culture, but by its scent. Some [collections] just don’t ‘hit’ for the majority, and it’s nothing personal.✌
I agree with all of this. Also, I agree, Anna’s Garden was good but not great, and the time I finished it, I definitely wasn’t looking to buy another one 😉
