It is possible I imagine, but if you want one every time you hatch you need to find the huge dragon egg, it hatches one every time, found all around the volcano and they are purple and black eggs.

Breeding should not be possible. But if u found a random egg and hatched it that is possible

@@ramsho9369 thinking back I must have ended up hatching the ignis egg along with a bunch of pals I had bred so i must have mixed them up but that was my mistake.

This uses a very similar system to ARK, so I'd suggest checking some ARK base designs -- I know there's some here on YT that are very cool looking! Rust designs might work too, but I'm not very familiar with that one (I've heard it uses the same system as ARK as well tho).

Sadly you can only breed a Jetragon using two Jetragons. It's one of those pals (similar to Jormuntide Ignis, except with Jorm one you can find an egg early to get) that's high level like Frostallion that requires two of the same type to breed more of them.

Change your world setting in egg hatching category to zero

My roomie is worried about that too and so hes held off buying it for that reason. I was impatient and got it right away. Im really hoping the save file will transfer over.

It's EA, not a beta. It should transfer just fine. I don't believe I've ever played an EA game that hasn't transferred, only betas and alphas.

I don't think you are understanding the term *early acces* you get a play the game early so in every update you just progress with the game so when they say the full game is out you already playing it from the get go. Alpha and beta games are the games you lose the save file.

Yes, you can give them the stats of the parents making very good pals. You can get about 90% more damage on the child, if you get all 4 passive traits (like legends, lucky, musclehead etc)

@temeria1986 that's not what I'm asking. I know that. But with the list of pals you can "merge" to get other pals, does the merged pal come out with better base stats?

​@temeria1986 no, you're not answering my question. I'm not worried about the passives you can pass down. You can do that very easily. What I'm asking is if THE BASE STATS are higher. Regardless of passive. If I combine a pal with a different pal to create say anubis, is the anubis I just created any different than an anubis I can just catch? So is the base attack value any higher for example. Regardless of passives to reiterate.

yep bug and still work the dev likely allow the bug but you cant get the exp anymore

Its about aiming correctly...what works for me is to look at the floor of the breeding pen while holding the pal I want to place into it...and then throwing them kind of at the ground, if that makes sense. Stand inside the pen when you toss them to the ground, dont try to toss them in from outside as things get buggy. Hope this helps.

@@ageizmtv3497thanks! That helped out. And i also found out that I cannot do this while sprinting, the pals will still run out even if I look at the ground. Had to stop completely and have my stamina bar recover before throwing them down and it work every time.

Lol Yea using stamina around the base often causes me issues as well, so i avoid sprinting now adays unless on the hunt or exploring! Glad to help a fellow PW player! GL! @@andyli929

You don't want all rounders, they'll end up splitting there jobs and screwing up jobs. Anubis is good because he has mining and transport, once hes done he cleans up.

The game is a bit buggy at times but Ive never had these problems, not once.

I’ve similarly had the breeding ranch issues but its not specific to breeding just probably the most noticeable. I haven’t figured out why but for some reason a pal will just stop recognising a structure, I’ve noticed it in the breeding ranch, furnace, cooking pot, mill, crusher and berry plantation (I assume the but can occur to any work station). You just have to break and rebuild it which isn’t a bit deal for the other stations but it does mean reseting the breeding timer (which would have already been reset anyway when the pal left the ranch). My main frustration right now is the randomness. I had two anubis both had 3 of the 4 traits I wanted (each had a trait the other missed) but it took 54 eggs before I got one with all of the traits. This was frustrating not only because the numerous bugs I experienced in the breeding ranch, pals randomly dying or getting stuck (since you need a lot to get cake) but also because it seems crazily difficult if the trait system is working properly. I thought it might just be bad luck but having the same luck with my mount breeding

I've noticed that if your breeding farm is slightly outside the range of the base (blue circle), and pals go outside that circle, they reset, so maybe look into that. Also people have mentioned if it's on uneven ground it may bug so build the breeding farm on a flat surface
