At higher levels the exp rate isn't sufficient beyond lv20, so it's a huge grind, you'd want to capture or kill as many field bosses and tower bosses over and over again with the strongest possible pal loadouts. You could in theory try to cheese certain high level field bosses, but the exp gain is capped to the highest possible for your level (maybe around 10%). I killed a lv30 field boss as a lv25 and only gained like 10% exp or such.

Yeah you are right after a certain level it becomes quite a grind unless you bump up your world XP multiplier. I recently used the catching tower boss glitch in my latest video. I caught the end game boss Victor and Shadowbeak and ended up jumping from level 21 to 28! I bet if we catch all tower bosses in the game we could hit level 50 in no time!

Why does it have to be a cattiva?

The Cattiva with its flurry attack keeps the boss in place while it locked on you behind the pillar. Other Pals attacks can end up pushing the boss out of place at which point it will start attacking your pal. Cattiva also takes them out pretty fast since it's a ground Pal.

Do they still have the xp meter. Game pass is the original version so I don't know. But I just started and level 25 and I'm still on the first hill of the game.

I'm not sure I know what you mean. I have an XP meter top right in my menu. Or are you talking about the XP multiplier you can change in the world options?

@@circuitscore I meant the world options one. Really no need for a specific xp farm with that option. But the version I play on game pass hasn't been updated yet. So I didn't know if it was still there
