We had hopes of visiting the Rollright stones but couldn't get near so went to visit Bix and its abandoned church, then the lovely Stowe on the Wold. We did get to the Rollrights later in the day but quite frankly didn't feel it a safe place to stop, so went back to Stowe.
Tried to visit Stratford on Avon - but literally nowhere to park the van even at the park and ride so we just gave up and left, settling for visiting England's longest aqueduct, and the very accepting Royal Leamington Spa.
