Nice digestible chunk of sonovox here, thanks! I pretty much came for a quick Contempo sig (none here / not missed), stayed for the voice pads, and was able to put up with the s'vox for the entire six minutes 😄
Ha ha! Sometimes it's nice to keep it short and simple. Some of these packages- I often wondered just how PAMS and the radio DJs kept track of all of 'em. If they bought the A, B and sometimes C versions of a package, you could end up with a flood of jingles. Series 26 is the one that exhausts me every time I listen to the larger all-inclusive packages. That sucker is HUGE.
@Motown Deep Cuts, PAMS Jingles & More with Tomovox An amazing jingle package and an amazing logo melody surrounded around KJR Seattle Channel 95, the "Big 950" in the Jet City!
I agree. Series 18 was a strong package of jingles. Vibrant and very well-done/produced. The KJR melody is a lot of fun because it packs quite a few things into a compact space!
Really! I didn't know the KJR Seattle Channel 95 logo was from Pat. That's a nice glimpse into how closely station PDs worked with PAMS in the making of these jingles.
5:27 I remember this jingle when I was little, the deep man’s voice calling out the letters”…K..J..R. ..My oldest Brother remembers the one that goes (950..950..950..)
That's awesome! That's actually one of my favorite cuts from the package. It's amazing how these things stick with us. There are jingles I remember that now I know were being played when I was just 2 or 3.
@@Tomovox_PAMS_Radio_JIngles Have the one my oldest brother remembered somewhere, I think it may of been from an earlier package 1960-61? It goes: “It’s a big day KJR Seattle radio..950..950..950 “!
Tonight I just discovered a tab in the comments section: "Responses with new replies"; it's amazing because I'm finding out I'm STILL missing new comments! So I'm playing catch up tonight- I don't think I have the jingle you were asking about but I'll do some digging and see if I have some older ones.
Nice set of jingles, you wouldn’t happen to have any jingles from 93/KHJ Los Angeles, CA? I was also curious as to what happened to the video that you uploaded that featured a mix of KJR & KJRB?
I think I have just a handful of things for 93/KHJ, not much. But I'll look. It'll probably be awhile but I'll put it on the list. KJR/KJRB: I'll try to get that back up.
