- Water 250 Ml. (room temp.)
- Dry Yeast 3 Gr. (or Fresh 10 Gr.)
- Salt 7 Gr.
- Olive Oil 2 Tbsp. (optional for coating)
*Quantities for 8 Ciabatta breads.
