hello, Idol Raffy Tulfo brought me here in your channel, I saw your comment on RTIA recent video so I decided to visit your channel and got interested about your cooking, I choose to watch this particular video as I am fish/seafoods lover. I always do a pan fried fish which we call here in Spain "pescado ala plancha"

Plaice has a distinct and delicate taste that stands well on its own. It is therefore preferable to serve plaice that is cooked separately and then paired with other foods Thank you, X

mmmm delicious!it tastes just like a steak and kidney pie,covered in fresh English mustard and Worcester sauce,immersed in oyster sauce,lemon juice and sugar puffs,dipped in red hot chilli sauce,mixed with cumin and caviar .it needs to be dipped in milk before boiling,then pan fried in tomato juice I always have mine for breakfast with a drop of sherry but it's not cheap mind you,it's only for the super wealthy like us it's forty five pence a kilo!

Plaice never needs anything on it. Cutting into pieces I find incomprehensible. Just put a little salt in the pan then fry very gently.

I always eat and fry my plaice in advance!unless it's haddock in disguise!then I add the salt afterwards to taste,depending if was already pre salted at birth,then dashed in lemon juice.!
