We don't do super long drives because one of my kids gets car sick (and possibly the other does too now). We do 3 hour drives multiple times a year, and for those, we definitely plan pit stops. Usually for food and also a place to get around and move around. When the kids were babies, I sat in the back with them and did things like have toys/books/snacks. We do 5-6 hour plane rides which are also rough for motion sickness, but almost worse than a car because you can't make a stop when needed. So, I say take advantage of being able to stop if needed. Also, if people have favorite songs, making playlists (we use youtube music and will download some songs in case we lose data in more rural areas).
Love your ideas!! I remember our last road trip before baby, my stepson had control over the music and he loved that lol I get car sick so I can totally relate to your kid(s)!! I have so much trouble sitting in the back seat with baby boy, I make my husband do it and I drive haha
Tips for car travel: 1) accept it will take twice as long as you thought it would 2) you will need to plan stops for feeding and diapers because baby will stay on his schedule 3). He may fall asleep for longer than usual or off schedule so he will cry heartily when he wakes up plan to stop often. I did a normally 12 hour trip in 18 hours with an overnight stop with 6 month old twins. They appreciated the frequent time out of the car to crawl and play as often as possible. Good luck!
The cooler the better for otherwise forbidden colours😅 It was such a pretty picture you created and very complimenting for you😍 Don't think I have ever worn green eyeshadow but I once borrowed my husband's dark green t-shirt (he is an autumn of some kind). His spontaneous reaction as someone not very interested in colours was: "OOOH, is it that's how you look in green!" all of a sudden gaining a bit of understanding😂
Girl, the look you created is GORGEOUS!! This project is so fun! I'm too scared to join in myself but I love following your project 😊 Also, that is so funny that they remind you of your old bedroom because my best friends bedroom had pink, green, and yellow walls when we were in middle school 😂
So many roll ins! Congrats! I can’t wait to see how long Quicksilver takes. I have that palette too and have thought that shade seemed easy but haven’t focused on it yet
