2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 egg white
1 inch knob of ginger, grated
3 cloves of garlic, grated
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce or coco aminos (gluten free)
1 tsp salt
Enough cornstarch to coat all chicken pieces
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup water
2 tsp soy sauce or coco aminos (gluten free)
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz green beans, trimmed
1 yellow bell pepper sliced
1 tosp sesame seeds
Cut chicken thighs into 1-2 inch pieces. Season with the listed ingredients. Marinate for 30 min. Coat with cornstarch and spray with oil. Air fry 350F for 10 min.
Flipping often. Then air fry 400F 7-8 min until crispy.
Mix sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil until thicken. Stir fry green beans & yellow bell peppers in a separate pan. Once chicken is done, mix in with vegetables in the sauce along with sesame seeds.
Garnish with green onions.
