@@dylanmartino7975 foreal i just ask for a refund now lol after i ate half of it.. and thats not even the bad part.. they cheap out and just give you you 85 percent rice!
@@javilez811 you can get 5 chicken breast for 15 bucks Give or take depends on weight but each chicken breast would be like 40 grams or more of protein. Thats 100 more grams for a extra 4 bucks
This is a great way to eat on the go if you have no underlying health issues. Just drink plenty of water and a few bananas or good Greek yogurt to keep your potassium matching the sodium. This isn’t for you if you have hypertension or a few other ailments.
Eating Panda express everyday until I have $100 million, Alex recognizes me as a living being, or I die from obesity. Definitely going to be the 3rd option.
Correct me if I’m wrong but she may have said the incorrect thing-it’s lo mein that they serve in panda. Soft noodles. Chow mein is crunchy if I remember correctly. I caught him pausing like that and only saying mein… it was like he wanted to say lo-mein but didn’t want to seem like a pompous ass and “correct” her.
One important thing from this video that I haven't seen anybody mention, notice how he asked for the triple serving AFTER they already put the 2 scoops in... Major key because if you say it at the beginning they will just give you 3 tiny portions
Yeah but he’s not saying this is the only option just ONE option. If you’re out and about, looking for a quick protein packed meal, this is a great choice. Really just showing guys it’s not hard to find protein without breaking the bank if you’re smart about it.
Here in Australia I get a Red Rooster half chicken, but ask for it to be 2 wings instead of a wing and a leg (more protein). Costs 8.99-AUD, and has 98g of protein.
Please correct me if I'm mistaken, but doesn't eating more than 30 grams of protein in one meal have the same effect of eating around 30 grams bc the body cant absorb all the protein and it goes into your waste?
I have this man’s precious formula written on a big ass white board along with a handful of his quotes that inspire me. Everything this guy touches becomes an empire. Study him.
@@alxjonesAdd 100 calories, and id say 1500 is actually more accurate, according to some research 1/5th of restaurants are off by an average 100 calories
@@AB-hc8cg Probably true, and honestly with Panda I'd expect to add much more because their portion sizes seem much larger than advertised. Only wanted to give the "official" numbers according to Panda themselves.
@@alxjones For sure, I suspect that a restaurant like McDonald’s is more accurate simply because of the lack of possible human error in preparing the food
It's crazy how much further your money goes at panda express than any other fast food restaurant these days and it doesn't make me feel crappy after I eat it
“I actually lived on panda, for a while” Employee: “yeah bro that’s great and everything but I’m just trying not to commit unalive rn, there’s 8 people behind you.”
We’re all going to have our time someday. You can’t beat time. But sure, keep striving to live til you’re 150 👍🏻🤣 Half the battle is simply avoiding refined sugars, as well as drinking and smoking…
Yeah no shit…😂 he could actually afford 3 square meals a day at panda and chipotle that’s literally not struggling at all. Come back to me when you had to steal food from grocery stores to survive
in TN, a plate or chow mein + 2 teriyaki chicken even without sauce costs around what his total was. seems like the extra chicken should cost a bit more. insane protein hack all the same
I dont think this is current anymore. In Arizona and Cali two months ago a crappy basic meal was $13 -$15. I paid $17 for a premium burger instead of basic stuff for $13. An ok restaurant meal was just around $10 -12 not so long ago when i visited
The honey glazed chicken with some white rice is my absolute favorite!. And you can't beat the price for the amount of protein you get from most of their food, at least where I live. Even at today's prices I can eat like a pig for cheaper than at any other chain.
Not a bad meal on the go. The only thing to consider is how much sodium is in that stuff. I suppose if you drink a ton of water and are not eating it everyday it’s ok to have that for convenience.
When I was lifting I ate almost the same thing. I had a Bowl, rice with grilled chicken ($6.50) every work day for a few months. Excellent nutrition for the price.
💡 Pro tip: if you want double protein, ask for the second serving after they’ve already scooped the first. They’ll give you more than if you asked for double up front. Alex knows this trick apparently
I live in Canada but had panda express when I was in the US one time and it was the best Chinese food iv ever had lol. Super fresh ingredients and everything wasn't deefried to shit
