Thank you Chef.

Wishing you the best and Hoping to see you soon! Best Regards ( PS - I tried burgers today and everyone in the family was like 'Seriously' lol :) thank you

Hey chef, if you’re making paneer, when you add the yogurt to the milk should the milk continue to be heated? I love all your videos and watch them all!
I had the same doubt. First I tried with adding yogurt while heating but that failed. Then tried again by adding yogurt after turning off the flame and it worked. Within 3-4 water got separated.

"नष्टदुग्धस्य पक्वस्य पिण्डः " such description of किलाटकः found in Ayurveda text named as भावप्रकाश Of 16th century. So we indians might know about concept of paneer but as 'किलाटक'.
Hey Chef! Humble request - could you do a video about quick & easy dishes for lockdown/quarantine period? Don't want to be consuming Maggi and other unhealthy stuff
Loved your comment on how it's OK to make an international entrant part of the culture. Concept of trade , immigration and fusion foods have been there since ages - that's how the Human being evolved. and yet, socities continue to feel insecure about their traditions, culture, food, music. stamping a tradition to one country or community should do just that - stamp of origin. it must be respected, adapted and flattered. Imitation is the best form of flattery and we food lovers should do just that. Thanks for a beautiful history tour as always.
Ranveer bhai abhi maine apki video dekhi paneer bhurji ki aur phr mai gaya milk laya usse paneer banaya Tulsa patti dal kar phr usk baad maine paneer bhurji banae sach mai maza aa gaya kha kar.... Ali from Lucknow.... Love u brother
I saw one episode of lost recipes on epic. Which there was a sweet recipe of something like Gulab jamun that had paneer. They said that paneer was in India. This was from Karnataka if my memory serves right.
