Wheat flour 2 C
Salt 3/4 tsp
ghee 1 tsp
Water 1 c or as required
Oil
Filling
Paneer 200 g
Chiili flakes 1/4 tsp
Garlic 3
Ginger 1 tsp
Onion 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Chilli 1
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
k chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Cuminpowder 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi dry 1 tsp fenugreek leaves
Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
