Lovely Mahima. Having lived in Punjab these are called Paranthas. The triangular one is Triconi and then the square ones. They make them slightly thick. So happy to see a brass plate. Do let me know as to where you got your lovely stone chakla and belan please. Want to get one too.
Chechi chappathi( oil cherkkathe normal aayittu) undakkan pattiya pan ethanu. Cast iron pan use cheyyumbo greese cheithillel ottippidikkullo. Please suggest best cookwares for different items.
