Ingredients:
Curd 1/2 cup
Roasted gram flour/besan 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 3 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Black salt 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon 1 half
Mustard oil 2-3 tsp
Paneer cubes 16 pieces
Capsicum 16 pieces
Tomato 16 pieces
Onion 16 pieces
Green chutney:
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Roasted peanuts 3-4 tsp
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green chilli 5
Asafoetida (hing) 1/4 tsp
Black salt
Lemon 1 half
Curd 3-4 tsp
Instructions:
In a bowl add thick curd along with all spices, salt and mustard oil, gram flour and mix everything well, let it rest (marinate) for 30 min
After 30 min add paneer cubes, capsicum, tomato, onion and mix gently.
Now insert the marinated paneer or veggies into wooden skewers.
Roast it on gas flame on low to medium.
Sprinkle some chaat masala or lemon over the tikkas and then serve.
