These reporters must live in a bubble, there economic markers are all wrong, real Gross Domestic Product, is not an indicator for economic growth it is up 11 percent and there is no shift in the lives of Americans. Most of the growth has gone to Corporate profits which are up 45 percent and the stock market has close to doubled, up 92 percent since 2014 but has fallen 300 points as of late. Again the market is another bogus marker of progress. The growth hasn’t gone to median household incomes which are down 3 percent in real terms over the past five years. And, truth be told, they weren’t doing all that great before the downturn. The economy is terrible and plummeting further everyday under Trump administration.. I have empirical evidence I see in my state where every small and large business is failing . Every thing s boarded up like a ghost town. and I live in New York!
