In the previous video, I told you I was brought up in Pangani. It's good you covered it. In the 90s, we were in a gated community of bungalos and yes the neighbors were Indians. It has completely changed, I can't even recognize it. Watching from the US.

Good to see Kenya developing and Nairobi turning more and more into a densificated and organized city. If people have decided to only build high rise apartments, I don't understand why they cannot leave space for playgrounds and green space. I hope all these new buildings are taking water supply into consideration.
Pangani, kilimani etc will soon look like Pipeline estate . Building high-rise apartments & not fixing the roads, sewage, garbage, sidewalks, roadside kiosks, will make the area turn into a slum. The city planners are in a slumber.
Google NY highrise apartments. With proper planning, these apartments can be magnificent. Pipeline is cheap unplanned estate as opposed to uptown Nairobi like kilimani
Dolphin 254 I had lived-in Pangani from birth until 1976 after which i moved to Nairobi West. I left for England in 1994. Wow how Nairobi has changed is unbelievable i couldnt recognise any place except Pangani Police Station as it was painted a nd just heard Pangani Girls School. The rest I couldn't recognise even though I had lived there It has changed unbelievably. You should have showed two landmarks of Pangani eg. Liberty Cinema and the Sikh Gurdwara. This would give bearings to ex residents of Pangani. Im in England right now.

But these kind of buildings 🏢 require much more resources than what was planned . A space meant for a few houses is put on 20 storeys big building. Is it proportional ??
I think these estate videos need not be raw, just be editing and be so informative of all the areas, especially landmark features Could you also be slower and probably be moving with a local boda guy
