Panicale Castigliogne del Lago, Umbria 

A sunday morning drive to Panicale, then Castiliglione del Lago, in Umbria. Thinking of an old friend who may visit Italy, and is working through trip planning. Here, my comments on various things I've noticed, and "tips"? I've been immersed here for a year and a half and love the place. Have been to "north central" Italy, though not up in the serious mountains. I love every bit of the place, and the people. But, there are little silly differences I notice which can make a trip much more enjoyable. Embrace the silly is my attitude.
