Tienen muy buena pinta pero jamas habia visto tantas contaminaciones cruzadas ( cuchillos, tablas de cortar, cortadora de fiambres, restos de vegetales encima de los quesos de la camara positiva delantera....... ) y los embutidos de atras sin devolverlos en la camara positiva. El antebrazo del cocinero secandose sus sudores.....

I don't think anyone can make a sandwich like an Italian or a jewish person...I'm Irish/Scott and can't understand racsism in this case of building wonderful food. When you feed a soul you make no enemies. What other countries make a good sandwich? Show your stuff!

Sou cidadão italiano mas nasci no brasil. Temos todo imenso orgulho de nossa origem italiana.. Hoje é dia 21 de fevereiro de 2021. A pandemia está fazendo uma desgraça no brasil. Todos sem poder trabalharm viver e viajar. Queria tanto ter o milagre de um dia ir ai com meu filho e namorada apreciar essa casa. Que Deus tenha piedade de todos.
Sarebbe stato opportuno fermarsi 10 secondi e soffiarsi il naso lontano dal bancone invece di '' asciugarsi'' le narici con l'avambraccio mentre facevi il panino...tornare al proprio posto con nuovi guanti e proseguire. Poi se tu volessi fare le cose proprio per bene magari un cappellino per contenere i capelli non sarebbe una cattiva idea. Infine, metti qualcosa a maniche lunghe... 🤦♂️

Those plastic gloves are the latest most stupid thing in restaurants etc. He could have gone to the toilet with gloves on and then prepare food. Just washing your hands thorougly is more than enough. It just shows the insanity of people in general.

да, не сомневаюсь там столько всего, конешно вкусно, но, во-первых "видео", во-вторых - я тоже смотрела и не понимала нафига ему перчатки. Умора. Можно без перчаток, что-то сделал помыл руки, и дальше занимайся. А то он руку в перчатке вытирает об футболку. А вообще, итальянцы вкусно готовят, наверное специи, мясо своё, кофе вкусный, и просто Италия красивая страна.
El sandwich bonito y buen sabor, punto por eso... No hay buena manipulación de alimentos, el sr esta barbado en demasía, sin gorro de cabello, le habla encima a la comida, todo está sucio y hay contaminación cruzada, todo es una suciedad ya que no hay orden, no saben ni donde estan las cosas o no las encuentran, que desastre de cocina, y desperdicia demasiados ingredientes. Aparte fue muy demorado para hacer esos simples sandwiches.
ramon luces Contaminacion crusada? You mad? This is not a butcher who made sushi instead of beef mixing raw fish with raw meat. It is panini maker and mixing directly various ingredients in a single bread loaf. It is final stage of cooking here in video. It is using different fridges and storage points for different ingredients that you control cross-contamination, not during job of mixing it to realize final product. 😀
The nice sandwich and good flavor, point for that ... There is no good food handling, the mr is too bearded, without a hair cap, he talks to the food, everything is dirty and there is cross contamination, everything is a dirt as there is no order, do not know where things are or can not find them, what a kitchen mess, and waste too many ingredients. Besides, he was too late to make those simple sandwiches.

No problem for t-shirt as dirt traces on shirt are caused by food that drops out, not by intentionally rubbing food on it. Again... No problems for manipulating food. He is wearing gloves but by italian law he could had even used bare hands if he had washed it with professional cleaners. And got them cleaned after any pause or break-out time. Cheese is in front of him and cured meat is on the cutting machine. When he put the mortadella on table there is no problem of hygiene as mortadella has a crust protecting it. Infacts you can spot the guy peeling it before cutting it. The only flaw here I spot in the video is right he must wear a hat if he is hanging on the vertical position of the working station where food is processed.
