About Dr. Fling:
Michael C. Fling, D.D.S. began his career in dentistry in 1976 as a laboratory technician. Graduating from Oklahoma University College of Dentistry in 1984, he maintains a private practice with an emphasis on restorative dentistry. He has served as Course Director and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Fixed Prosthodontics and currently serves as Director of Advanced Restorative Dentistry at the O.U. College of Dentistry. He is the founder and President of “Fling Seminars” providing Advanced Dental Education to dentists, dental teams and technicians throughout the world. He also serves as an Associate Faculty and Course Coordinator at the L.D. Pankey Institute. He has completed the process to be awarded the title of “Pankey Scholar.”

Great presentation and explanations. Two questions: 1) In the case where the patient was Class II in CR and Class I in CO, instead of surgery if not an option, would you flatten the posterior teeth to allow a "long centric" movement and then couple the anteriors? The problem I see is the extrusion of the anteriors and eventual interference, but maybe by selectively connecting the anteriors in pairs, or if the patient would wear retainers at night this may be lessened or avoided? 2) In the case where you rob Perter to pay Paul, there is now no cingulum stop. Is there then a longer term risk of eventual eruption and movement of the anteriors due to the incline plane (physics move) contacts?.

Have you tried cephalometric analysis? ))) What nonsense are you talking about? Do you know that there are customizable incisal tables? The individual table can only serve to adjust the front. And how are the side teeth tilted? You are ignorant
