Hello everyone, this is Paaru. I'm excited to share a delicious recipe for panner Frankie’s, panner wraps, and Panner Kathi Wheat Roll with you today.A quick and uncomplicated snack meal with paneer filling.
It is typically prepared and served as a street food snack, lunch and dinner can also be served with it with ease. It is a favorite across all age groups, but especially among children, for whom it makes a perfect tiffin box snack food.In India, frankie recipes and kathi rolls are common street cuisine snacks.
Let’s get going now.
INGREDIENTS:
Panner -1 cup
Wheat Chapati/Paratha/Tortilla/Roti..
Salt -1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Mirchi powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder -1/2 tsp
Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Chat Masala-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala -1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder -1/2 tsp
Parsley -1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Pepper -Pinch
Curd -3 tsp
Oil -2 tsp
Tomato -1
Onion -1
Capsicum -1
Carrot -1
Cabbage-grated 1 small cup
Lettuce -1 small cup
Mayonnaise for Topping
Tomato Ketchup for Topping
Oregano -Pinch
Italian seasoning-Pinch
Wheat flour Chapati/Tortilla/Paratha
Butter -as required.
Panner Kathi Roll Frankie Instructions
1. Take one cup of paneer and mix it with salt, turmeric, coriander powder, chat masala, tikka masala, garlic powder, parsley, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, and curd to make the Paneer Kathi Roll Frankie.
2. Let it rest for ten minutes.
3. Add oil to a hot pan and sauté onions, cabbage, carrots, capsicum, and tomatoes while seasoning with salt and pepper.
4. After adding the paneer, marinate it for five minutes.
5. After spreading the paneer stuffing over the wheat chapati, paratha, or tortilla, top with the shredded carrot, onion, tomato, cabbage, and capsicum. Add oregano, tomato ketchup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and mayonnaise on top.
6. Tightly wrap, then cover with foil. Savor this tasty Paneer Tikka Kathi Roll.
TIP:
Spread Green chutney or tomato ketchup or any Dip which you like over Chapati/Tortilla/Paratha/Roti for more taste.
