I live here. I thought the same about the town homes until I lived here. Now I wouldn't touch them. NO privacy. Everyone constantly staring into your units as they walk the grounds. No privacy sitting on your balcony either. Oh, almost forgot the smell from the dog park, next to the town homes. Very strong sometimes in summer. I am so tired of modern people thinking dogs are people and this environment somehow is conducive for keeping them. It's not. Dogs don't belong in apartment type places, especially in an urban environment.

@@courtneybentley We actually enjoy living here. I like so many things about it; location to strip, 10 min walk to vdara. Easy in/out traffic wise. The staff here. The gym/locker rooms. Quiet, nice and polite residents. Maybe lower floors are where the grown ups live and don't party. But I haven't heard any complaints. The shuttles. The balconies and views. Besides the dogs peeing everywhere, the only other negative is; they keep the office/game rooms locked unless you go through an "act of congress" to schedule them. I think that's a bit ridiculous. You have to read in the lobby and that isn't exactly private but I've made it work. Overall; once we have the opportunity we would probably buy here.

Only 5 condotels available for short term, Panorama Towers is a residential building allowing 6 month+ leases are you looking for a short term rental or long term?

@@courtneybentley what isn't there to like. The amenities you describe are fantastic! From the different units with views. The amenities are beyond what someone could ask for. To have valet and 24/hr limo service. Having a movie theater and a 5,000 sq ft fitness center. Seeing the pictures of the units are great! Location location location! Awesome job!!
