Definitely, you can't give a coach the guy he doesn't want and then blame him when it's not working. Most teams don't draft #1 overall and get better overnight. Chicago has already won this trade even if it's only for one year. Then they can still trade Justin Fields and add more pieces to the team if they decide to do so.

The big mistake was not keeping Steve Wilks as permanent coach. He really turned the team around to where they almost won the division last year. Yea I know the NFC South was a garbage division but still he worked wonders for a team who was in a very similar situation they're in now.

Should’ve kept previous coach in helm, Frank looks like the scapegoat of the season. Topper is a Wall Street guy he wants to control everything and wants to change things by force and immediately. That's not a job for just anybody. He's 5'10...maybe. 190 pounds....maybe. He was considered NFL ready but only people amazed by the backyard ball play style at Alabama believed that. His pre snap reads, progressions, footwork, arm strength/accuracy over 20 air yards all need work. Yes the OL isn't doing him any favors...but again....holding the ball too long, missing wide open receivers trying to target the covered ones isn't helping the OL either. He did that in college too. Held the ball too long trying to make something shake instead of just taking what the defense gives him. They didn't call him a playmaker and "creator" for nothing. He's not a pure pocket passer. In the NFL....he's too small, too slow and weak armed to NOT be

It beyond me that Scott Fitterer is still the GM he should of got fired as well. 😤 now let’s talk about that Owner. Carolina is 30-63 since Tepper assumed ownership. The Panthers have had six straight losing seasons under Tepper’s umbrella. The team doesn’t win, isn’t entertaining and plays in a stadium routinely taken over by opposing fans. Tepper should have hired Steve Wilks in the first place 10 months ago. Wilks, Carolina’s former defensive coordinator, took over a 1-4 Carolina team last year and somehow made it respectable, going 6-6 in the final 12 games. Tepper clearly don’t know how to run a football team and he needs to fire himself seriously be it’s hard watching a team you loved be 1-10 I just watch red-zone every Sunday. Dame shame.

From a panthers fan who was actually hopeful with Frank... the play calling was awful and the same 5 offensive linemen that finished in the top ten last year have regressed to the bottom 5 these were issues with the coaching staff and its Frank's job to fix those... this teams not as bad as its been... we won 7 games last year and outside of Dj Moore we didn't lose anyone really so this did fall on him

They didn't just "trade up" to no1. They committed self inflicted wounds to get there. Basically intentionally made the team worse to get Bryce. Got rid of Cmac, DJ Moore AND some costly picks. They were a 7 win team last season. Made themselves a 0 win team to get Bryce. Now complaining.

Tepper is a cancer... but for Micheal to say he's a great coach is dumb af😂. The man was fired in the middle of the last year. Turns around and calls terrible games and you deduce that into " he's a great coach😅😅

I have had season tickets since 2012, have had some good years and bad years, I sold my PSL (seat license) this week. Tepper won’t get another dime from me, I’ll watch from home. I can’t continue to go to games while this circus takes place….. what’s crazy is, I had 2 friends in my section, and they both sold this year also…. The stadium looks so sad on Sunday…..
