I just got threw using the last of the same pork taco meat tonight. I just made tacos with mine. But earlier in the week I had made Hamburger Helper Enchilada, but what I realized of course after it was gone. Hahaha was that I could have used the pork taco meat instead of hamburger. It tasted just like taco meat and nobody in my family knew the difference! I don’t know about anyone else though, but when I make hamburger helper I always make the sauce separately. It’s easier for me to do it that way and I can cook it at the same time. And sometimes when I make it with the meat the sauce wants to separate. But we each have our own way of doing things!
Is it pulled pork or chili? Regardless both kinds of meat would be yummy 😋. I make taco stuffed potatoes, chili cheese stuffed potatoes,etc. It's an easy filling meal and my kiddies enjoy it. Enjoy your weekend ❤😊
I know it's happened to me too But when it does I will show you how to turn that into chorizo yes it is easy but you can drain it and still use the oil to fry things like tortilla chips gives it good flavor
