I used aloe a lot after radiation treatments. It was focused on my neck and looked like a bad sunburn. I’d even put it in the fridge for extra cooling. Aquaphor helped too. Lots of pampering. ❤

Been loving your videos for years. If you allow some of your rosemary to dry before making your hair rinse, the water will be able to extract more of its components. I like to use some dry and some fresh.
Definitely benefits the hair to have it wet/damp when applying a mask because it helps open up the hair cuticle to better absorb the masks moisture. Applying heat after helps further open the hair cuticle. Rinsing with cool water closes the moisture into the hair shaft much better than warm/hot water. Skin is the same heat opens pores while cool closes them.
I do deep conditioning weekly since both my scalp and wavy hair is dry. My hair is also low-porosity. I need a mattress without springs as Lee's and my autistic son Daniel tends to prematurely ruin the springs by constantly jumping on them. Even new mattresses will have springs poking out of it too soon.
