Likely the most op new skill is exproportion (legion + assault). Why? Its preety much infinite and accually good heals on tanks that benefits from a geberal staying in battle, like everytume you deal like 150 dmg to infantry it heals you 50-ish and kill like 8 units in 1 round and heal half of geberal health.

Assault medal+ Legion Medal do 10% restoration of health from output damage! It restores every single attack and now my Guderian is immortal general even hit by nuke weapons.
