This run was very good until the 1:02:51 part. I forgot some of the route, movement was sloppy, and I even unintentionally clipped at 1:03:35.
I also used a lot of tricks and skips, as in the ones shown in this video: • Papa Louie 3 - Some In...
Despite this not being an excellent run, I'm submitting it to showcase the route. Don't wanna grind to beat it, but I encourage others to do so. It's really fun imo.

Level 1:

Level 3: (3:20)
- swim: collect the coins, rescue the 1st
Level 4: (6:49)
- swim: find the items, rescue the 1st, quit the level
- glide: rescue the 3rd
Level 5: (12:18)
- swim: find the items, quit the level at the last cp
- glide: rescue the 2nd

- swim: coins and sundaes, quit level at the first cp
- dash: coins and sundaes, quit level at the second cp
- climb: items, coins and sundaes, in the last room skip the cp, collect the last item, return to the last cp, quit level (actually, I didn't need to skip the cp, I could just collect the last item and save and quit)
- glide: rescue the 3rd (with the pepper mint trick)
- swim: rescue the first, collect the remaining coins
- dash: sundaes
- pound: rescue the 2nd
(the order of the last four lines does not matter all that much)
Level 7: (26:53) (for this level, I have written in my splits in the video, that I only do the 3rd, 4th and the 6th task, but I also did the first one here. That's because I forgot to update the splits after I changed my route)
- climb: find items, coins, before reaching the 1st cp (in the second room), get one balloon, then go back to the cp, then quit the level
- glide: find items, coins, quit level at 2nd cp
- climb: find items, coins, quit level after the last balloon
- glide: coins, rescue the 1st
- swim: rescue the 3rd

Note: the order of a lot of these missions is up to the player, especially the ones after you unlock all the skills and levels. I do the harder ones first.

Update: In level 4 (first time) it is faster if you skip the last cp and defeat the boss, then return to that cp. That way you only have to fight the boss once instead of twice (or twice instead of three times in the whole run).
