so in the end: 2 people actually wanted to work at papa but were left completely in charge (pizzeria and freezeria) 3 people tried to take advantage of the work conditions but then had to work (hot doggeria, pastaria and donuteria) 3 people worked to invest on something they had to pay to papa (cupcakeria, cheeseria and sushiria) and 1 didnt have any job else to work in (bakeria) the others just got straight clickbaited by papa XD (a bit different for pancakeria and scooperia, but papa still made them work)

Papa's Freezeria is the only intro where the MC really applied for a job.

Imagine how hard this will be in the real world, Papa Louie not only leaves the player a whole ass restaurant but he doesn't even hire other employees to help you. (Not until the newer games but he just gives you one more person) Then he leaves the player with the rent of the restaurant, and cleaning duties of everything in the restaurant including the machines. And the kicker is that eventually he becomes one of the customers.

Considering he gives all his customers, no matter which restaurant, free food and gives all the tips to his employees, I say Papa's not as bad as people make him out to be

Sooo this is just the backstory for all of them Pizzeria: Roy, a delivery boy for papas pizzeria, comes into work to find that papa isn’t there. He finds a letter which says that he is in charge until he gets back. His reaction, kill me now Papas burgeria: Marty/Rita get a letter in their mailbox saying that they won a contest and they have to meet at this location. They find out that their prize is the new papas restaurant. Reaction: sayyyyt whaaaaaaaaat

*Dont you just hate it when you’re just driving in a car then you enter a building and see that papa Louie isn’t there but realize he left the restaurant to you and then you follow the winner ticket to the restaurant and Papa Louie gives you a uniform and then you enter a taco eating contest and win and end up getting the restaurant as a reward and you’re plastered all over the news and you’re just walking on an island and suddenly get hired then all of a sudden you see a boat come over with customers on it and all of a sudden you go to get pizza then your pet runs away because of a squirrel and Papa Louie finds your pet and hires you when you get at the restaurant and then you get a trip to Starlight city then you spin some slot machine thing and end up winning the restaurant and then you go get season tickets and they end up getting sold out and then you decide to work at the hot dog place and look though binoculars to watch the game and see customers instead and then you’re just driving and then all of a sudden you accidentally crash into Papa louies car and he pays you money to fix and then fires one of his employees and gives the job to you and you get invited to a wedding but there’s only one reservation left which secretly gets you hired for Papa Louie and then you get your uniform in the mail and then you want to ride the new ride but it’s closed down so you have to work at Papa Louies restaurant for a year and then your band heads to the restaurant with instruments and then you enter and realize the instruments have been stolen so you have to work to get it back and you apply for a job in the mall but once you get there they end up closing for good and Papa Louie appears out of nowhere and hires you then you visit the tour of Papa louies new restaurant and break his lucky cat so you have to work to fix it*

I cant believe papa thinks that everyone is a great chef and can run restaurants by themselves. In the future he probably going to have a hobo work for him

Papa Louie: The Master of Slave Labor Using "now hiring" ads and other seemingly random methods such as golden tickets, slot machines and even resorting to ditching his own restaurant so he can go on vacations. All while his employees doing work for him. Papa probably has milions of dollars in his bank account, thats why he never stays in restaurants. And also do you remember in older fooderias having to pay 30 dollars for a doorbell?? Glad it was changed because in older versions you couldnt get the doorbell from day 2. In taco mia why does it cost different amount of money to get an extra burner? Can't i have both for same amount of money??? Because papa louie and flipline studios. That's why.

I'm starting to question of in this series Papa is really a hero because his methods of getting employees are sketchy, what if he is actually in league with Sarge and Radley Manish? Now imagine that as a storyline in one of these games.

Basically my guesses: Pizzeria- While papa louie was away saving customers from the pizza attack (Papa Louie 1) While roy was left trying to deal with the customers that werent affected( ex: Romano quartet) Burgeria- Rita/Marty found a letter in their house and thought it was a golden prize. They followed the instructions but then realized they ended up working instead Taco Mia- Mitch/Maggie has been waiting for weeks for the taco eating contest and the day finally came, little did they know the ACTUAL reward, they now end up working at the taco shop Freezeria- Penny/Alberto desperately needed a job after running out of money. They found a job in calypso island and read their staff manual. They were hired and were left alone to work on its own, ever since the S.S louie people boarded, all their expectations were drowned down the ocean. Pancakeria- While Prudence was driving her car, she saw the Pizzeria. She went for a stop for some pizza, and she left her dog Pickle. But then after buying some pizza she couldnt find her dog. After that she hung up posters and all of a sudden Papa Louie called that he found her dog, she came but she wasn’t able to find him. Instead she was just greeted by a letter, “Pickle likes it here in the pancakeria! Do a favor for me: run the shop while I’m gone!” Then she turns dissapointed immediately that she ends up working. Wingeria- Mandi/Chuck/Custom worker gets suprised with an all out expense paid trip to Starlight City! In one of her moments there, they won a JACKPOT! That the prize was so big! So big it was actually a restaurant. Hotdoggeria- Peggy wanted to go to griller stadium to see her favorite team LIVE. But she finds a really long line. After that when Jojo, the person Peggy is behind, buys all the remaining tickets and Peggy couldnt get anymore. She was really sad, but she saw the poster of the restaurant hiring employees. She thinks she can cheer for her team while making hotdogs for people, she then gets the job. After that she was watching the stadium, but was interrupted by customers. Yikes! Cupcakeria- In the start, Papa Louie and Roy tries to find approval for having the cupcakeria in ... uhh that place, then they got approval ... They get to their restaurant but then stops according to the stop sign, later on. They get hit by a car in the back, and whoever inside that car is James/Willow. Papa louie has a solution: He asks roy to fix the car crash and willow works in his restaurants. Atleast its worth a shot. Pastaria- In the invitation to the marriage of Edoardo and Olga, she accepted it and wanted to attend. It was really famous portallini is running out of room. She couldnt find room in spring, when the wedding is held. She changed to “Any” and she found 1 room. She got in joy because she finally be able to attend the wedding, The room was a restaurant, a pasta restaurant. And Utah reserved it, not realizing that she’ll end up working for a long time, After clicking reserve, she was heard by a doorbell and she checked outside. A staff manual? A uniform? A ticket to portallini NOW?! She gets to frustration that she has to work at the pastaria now. Donuteria- Scooter’s dream was to ride Powdered Peak Amusement Park the special Sky Ninja ride. She found the manual in Papa’s Donuteria that she can get a line skip pass by being an employee. She took the job, just for that purpose. ONLY. When she used the line skip, she got the rides! She was so freaking excited, it actually broke instead. Sky ninja closes, and scooter was raged. She was interrupted by papa louie that her training is starting soon, and then she was dissapointed now. Cheeseria- Scarlett was to hold their show in Papa’s cheeseria. She went to papa louie if they can hold their show. He said yes, of course. But after looking behind, Scarlett was in suprise she found her things gone in the back of her car. She found them later in a shop, but they were really expensive. She now sighs, but she gets interrupted by Papa louie to work for her. “I guess its worth a shot.” Bakeria- Timm (read his flipdeck) wanted to do his dream job as being a dancer! He found one at Whiskview, and he got hired, but when he found out, the store got shut down, now hes depressed. Then papa louie suprised him, a bakeria employement, atleast its worth a shot.

In my honest opinion, I am pretty sure the only ones that are the fairest is Pizzeria and Freezeria. The protagonists of those games signed up for the jobs by their own free will and knew the work up ahead. Donuteria, Pastaria, and Hot Doggeria are kind of suspicious but fair on surface level as they may not have known what they were signing up for job wise, but they should have read the fine print when making a deal for a benefit they wanted (roller coaster, hotel room, and baseball game respectively). Bakeria isn't completely illegal, but Papa Louie is emotionally manipulating the protagonists when they are in a depressed state of mind. Sushiria and Cupcakeria protagonists had it coming to pay off their loans, but they shouldn't have been forced into employment under Papa Louie, they literally could have worked anywhere else and paid off the debt. Scooperia and Cheeseria are interesting because the conflict isn't directly caused by Papa but because of the evil deeds of Guy Mortadello as he has stolen luggage and instruments respectively. However, Papa should not have taken advantage of the protagonists' unfortunate situation as he could have helped them out without making them employed to him. The worst ones have to be Burgeria, Taco Mia, and WIngeria. The three were all just straight up scams with no mention of employment as a "prize". In real life, Papa Louie would have been sued ten times over.
