hello friends Here I am with a new quick and easy snack recipe
- PAPAD ROLL ...not only that I am sharing a new chutney recipe too.. with these yummy papad rolls ......This is a very easy chatney which gose well with these spicy papad rolls so If you like the recipe then please LIKE SHARE SUBSCRIBE !!!!
Ingredients-
papad ( any kind of papad like urad daal ,moong daal or hana daal ) Papad should be uncooked
boiled potatoes -3 big size
boiled or frozen peas -1/4 cup
salt- 1 tsp
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
green chilli- 2
fresh coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
garam masala- 1 tsp
amchoor powder - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
grated ginger -1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
cumin seeds - 1tsp
oil - 2tbsp + oil for frying
Ingredients for chutney
freshh coriander leaves - 50 gm
green onion ( spring onion ) - 100 gm with bulbs
sugar- 1 tbsp
salt- 1/2 tsp
water- 2 tbsp
lemon juice - 3 tbsp ( 1 fresh lemon med size )
