You are using friction to stop the geneva wheel, it might stop the mechanism on higher speeds as it seems to me. Is there a solution for this in your system?
Es perfectamente utilizable a escala industrial, modificando el sistema de corte para hacerlo más robusto. De todas maneras entre ambos ejes habría que intercalar una transmisión de relación variable, para poder variar la longitud de las hojas cortadas
hi! this its may be util to use in origame moduler for cut rectanguler paper size. the only one trouble is the paper, because i dont know if the factory of paper make paper type in roll for use in this mechanism! Blessings
This was the college project of electromechanical technology, most of the materials provided by schools shop. And we used the school machine shops and labs to get it done. Any way it was cut from simple aluminum bars.
This is more of an exercise in metalworking, right? Cause, if that's the case, well done! It looks like quality work. But, if it's a legitimate design, it's really over-complicated. Like 20 moving parts and a chain when you only needed 5 or 6.
@@syedazainab1692 hy this Sajjad Rabbani from kolkata can u help me make similar kind of machine but a big size or a diagram u can provide me. What will be the cost let me know. 9830064669
ELUMALAI G , We didn't buy the Geneva mechanism, for dimensions , tons available @ Google. We design it in solid works . And used schools cnc water jet cutting machine to cut it from simple aluminum bar. Chain and sprockets we got from scrap kids bikes. Cutter itself is a part of simple sizers. All other things are being made in college labs/workshop .
