Thank you so much this problem was stressing me out, was about to purchase another printer. with money I don't have, sublimation paper is not cheap and it was putting a hurting on my paper, I tried your way and found out it was sublimation paper stuck in there and it needed to be clean, did that and trued to print and all came out so smooth, thanks again keep doing what you do it helps 👏👏👏
Heres my problem with my wf7720 will not print through cassettes 1 or 2 says PAPER JAM but will print through rear slot fine. I cant do a print head alignment because it says paper jam. Did the air blowout thing and still doing the same thing. But will print through rear i just cant do alignments through rear slot. I WILL ONLY watch your videos you dont know how much your videos have helped me so thank you for taking the time to make these. You have saved many small businesses!
mine is pulling multiple sheets thru at once! do you know how i can fix that? and can i use the back slot to hook up a roll? want to put ROLL OF SUBLIDECAL OR EASYSUBLI ON IT!
I'm having a paper jam error on my wf 7720. I'm not sure if this video doesn't have any volume or you just uploaded it that way. I can print and load from cassette 1 fine but cassette two and rear tray feed with 13X19 paper I continue to get paper jam error. Any suggestions.
Do you have the printers back pressed up against the wall? You’ll have to remove all pieces how I did and use duster to blow out through the paper guides areas. Also if your printer is pushed up against the wall the turn feeder gets held if I’m making sense I don’t know exactly what it’s called
