On the back of the printer open the back door if nothing is there, try removing the 3 screws of the cover above the door (2 black screws and 1 gray) carefully pull the cover from left to right, its kind of hard. You will have access to the another roller. I found a small piece of paper stuck there. Wondering why HP did not made this part accesible.
