I originally made this sword about 5 years ago! But it recently broke so I thought this was a good opportunity to share how I built it. I'm thinking of making a Minecraft bee soon!

@@bobreallydraws1-7 For this project they were 3.6 by 2 inches! For smaller cubes on some projects I will use 1 by 2 inch instead :)

In my opinion it is easier to build the blocks in the project instead on making the block and then putting then in just another way

I cut some myself from cardstock, 2 by 3.6 inches. I also ordered paper from CutCardstock,com and you can pay them to custom cut it for you 😄

The paper is folded in wuch a way that each piece holds another piece in place which holds another piece etc, and makes it sturdy. It's like the thing with closing cardboard box flaps in a spiral to keep them flat :)

In my latest long form video, I talk about making the bee and in one section go through how I made spreadsheets to calculate how much paper is needed. Be aware though, things like the sword/pickaxe/tools are quite flimsy so I don't know if they would hold up for a night out on Halloween!
