hi im not sure if you’re still replying but my camera keeps taking pictures and wont stop. ive tried replacing the batteries but it keeps taking pictures when i put them back in. any help would be appreciated thank you!
@@dilarakahriman5374 this is a battery issue, they need to be rechargeable batteries. I suggest Bonai rechargeable batteries you can find them on Amazon
Hi, don't know if you're still replying. My camera is super unreliable with taking pictures, tried different brands of rechargeable batteries but they all don't seem to make it work. Sometimes pictures are taken without problems, but after taking one or a few it doesn't even react anymore. I've tried connecting it to a powerbank, but it won't make a shutter noise. The blue LED lights are both on, not flashing- they only turn off after I take the batteries out or disconnect the powerbank completely. I've tried contacting costumer support, but haven't gotten a response. The vendors/branch I bought it from is also seemingly not active anymore. I'm getting desperate here, it's been less than six months since I bought the camera.
My problem with the papershoot is, that the sd-card it is getting rather hot. I feel it through the case, when I hold the camera in my hand. That does not feel good.
hi my left LED keeps blinking, so I think it's the sd card issue, but the sd card is just a standard 32gb Sandisk and it's put in the right way. I'm not really sure what else could be wrong because the batteries are new
@@soun6362 no I haven't been able to fix it. i'm thinking they might have to be rechargeable batteries? I'm going to get some I'll let you know if it works
Hi, I just set up my camera, but I have a problem: when I take the picture the shutter sounds and the back led lights up once and then the right led blinks several times. Then, when I go to download the photos, it turns out that it has not taken any, does anyone know what could be the cause?
Hi! My issue is that I have already the perfect batteries AAA, and 2 SD cards of 16 and 8 GB. At the first day, some pics don't show, I tested multiple times with both SD Cards.... and now, don't appear any of the photo that I take, in all photos appears ERROR. Can't show the photos. Im charging again the camera, and when I connected to the electricity, appears the GREEN LIGHT already. I don't understand why is happening this. Im trying to download the photos with the SD card directly to the MacBook Pro 2021.
just ordered one and i experienced clicking the shutter the shutter light worked but i did not hear the shutter sound and when I checked the picture was not taken it only happen once. but may i know what does mean? it bothers me.
trying to find info on how long do you need to charge the batteries until they are full, and have found none that discusses that, also can you plug the usb to any phne charger to charge the batteries?
Yes! You can charge with any charger. To access your photos, it is best to use the provided USB as it is a data transfer cable though, as some are only charging purposes and your photos won’t show up. But to charge you can use any cable that fits the camera. It should take a couple hours to charge! Be sure to use rechargeable batteries though - disposable batteries will not charge. I recommend Bonai rechargeable batteries as a good brand that lasts a while in between charges!
Hi! Currently we don’t have a fix to this but we are working on it! To get around it we suggest sorting your photos by date added rather than date taken :)
@@papershootcamera6502 is there a way to indicate how much battery you have?? mine seems to stop working after about 30-40 photos and I'm using a Duracell rechargable battery (the green one)
Hi Im not sure if you're still replying but I tried transferring the photos using the cable provided but it doesn't show up on my laptop. I'm not sure whats wrong could you help with it?
This would be a setting on your computer! It really depends on the device. You'll need to check your settings to show external data source - sometimes it is just a matter of displaying the external file.
Hello, I just bought my camera and it just took like 20 pics and it shows the left led light and ive change my sd card 32gb to a 16gb and doesnt work either and keeps showing the led light, what do I do?
1 minute after writing this, my dad came to me and gave me another SD card holder with a SD card and everything is working as it should 😅😂 thank you very much for this awesome product can't wait to take photos 😊
I got mine and it used to make the shutter sound when taking the picture but now it doesn’t… does that mean it’s not taking pictures? Both blue lights go off like it normally does…
Hi! Is the photo still showing up on your SD card after? You can send an email about this to gillian@papershootcamera.com and we can help you out there! :)
Is there a way to shut off the shutter sound? Also there’s a bit of a lag once I click the button and when it actually takes the photo and you hear the shutter sound. Is it normal for it to lag ?
It’s normal for it to have a slight delay from when you click the button to when the shutter happens and we suggest you hold your camera still for those few seconds! There’s no way currently to turn the shutter sound off, but we’ll keep you updated if that changes!
Hello, my led lights on the back stay on when I click for the picture to be taken. They do not turn off unless I hold down the button & there is no shutter noise, any thoughts on what the issue may be? My batteries are fully charged, I just charged them on a portable charger while they were in the camera.
Im having issues with putting my sd card in the sd card camera reader, i dont know if its going in enough to the reader but nothing is showing up on my phone
I am using the usb cord the camera came with and it is still saying the file is empty on my computer and I can't find my photos. I have my SD card in the right way
Hi! Sorry to hear you’re having problems. We just uploaded an updated troubleshooting video! - if you go through all of the steps and your camera is still not working, please email info@papershootcamera.com
Hi! We highly encourage you to use rechargeable batteries - as our cameras work best with those. You shouldn’t experience these issues after switching to rechargeable since you are able to plug in your camera to charge whenever. I had the same issue before I switched! :)
hello, when i go to upload the picture to the pc, if i plug directly the sd card it doesnt seem to be any picture and if i plug the camera itself, it doesnt open anything. The sad card is new, batteries are ok and i don't have any issues shooting, how can i fix this?
@@breannaramirez1047 Hi Breanna, I have the same issue as Sof but my SD card it´s 128 GB... but my case said it have to be 128 :( do you know what's going on?
AAA rechargeable batteries! I use energizer. To charge the camera/batteries you plug your camera into the power source using the cord that comes with it!
Your cameras are really costly at USD$120 considering it only costs less than $20 to manufacture them. Some of these cameras are on Amazon for upto $300 Australian dollars and i can actually get a best second hand camera with unlimited video capability for $200.
Thank you so much for the help you don't understand what this means to me I liteRALLY LOVE YOU SO MUCH PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FROM ME I WILL SELL YOU MY FIRST BORN CHILD
