If a Pacific Regional Sevens comp for all the teams involve in the SPG twice a year hosted by Fiji,Samoa,Tonga, it would do wonders for sevens in the Pacific....good game by PNG by the way...

Congratulation PNG you did good except for the Discipline. This isnt a Fiji B or C Team, rather a Fiji Team representing their Nation. I really hope that PNG puts in alot of effort and support to compete at the 7s series soon. Love your Skills, courage and Heart. Kudos Brothers😊. @@Wayaboy10 we dont have to be like them. Pride wont put 3 Olympic Gold Medal to our Medal Mounting Box. I dont see any Fiji B on their Jersey!!. Its pretty much a Fiji Team, and it dont sound good for the players representing the country to be categorised as Fiji B or C Team.

Pukpuks did well against a quality Fiji side. We (PNG) need to improve our ball security, defence and and attack in the middle. Fiji has a weak middle structure. Their outside defence and attack is solid. Their middle defence is weak. Additionally, PNG needs a good goal kicker and a attentive game reader...Overall, PNG played extremely well...

Those two sin bin cost them the game, PNG applied good pressure on Fiji in the first half, and made good inter plays with offloads throughout the game. PNG needs to find a solid winger and some livewire halves and they will be a serious threat.Congrats, though, my Melanisian brothers for giving us a wonderful game 🤙👋👏👏

@@savevuniyavi7584 Good comment. PNG is learning from Fiji and the other two rugby powers in the pacific. PNG government spent millions on rugby in the last 4 years for women and men 7s, it is paying off. They are slowly becoming competitive...

Rugby League is the National sport of PNG so there will be plenty of great athletes with high levels of Rugby skills which will set them above most Rugby Union players

@dusmangi Fiji is always there for its neighbors. Just last month the Samoan team came to train at our Sand Dunes, our domestic competition is as strong and its a good platform to develop and gauge 7s experience for other teams especially our Pacific neighbors.

But we tried to accel in every sports and areas. So what I'm saying is, it's not hard for Papua New Guinea to reach Fiji's level in Rugby. All it takes is if you have a hardworking and passionate heart like a Papua New Guinean and a good platform.

@@lazer8961humble brother. We WON 2 Olympic Gold Medals but thats in the Past. PNG were competitive, This isnt a Team 2 or 3 but a Fiji TEAM. Learn to admit that PNG were really competitive at our own sports. Dont mind their League, we still achieved better result in league then them.😊
