@@Arthur-Silva 🤞hopefully with the rising interest rates, we may see some slowdown in costs. But who knows, housing here never fails to surprise. I think o.c is probably even higher given its more premium. Or at least what I feel.
they were all great homes but way over priced. I would like to see high and low priced homes. The parade of homes here in Colorado gives a mixture of high and low priced homes.
