They shouldn’t have touched her already saved points!! That’s not right. I get changes in stuff but previous points should be off limits to the new change!
So glad to see you both again and I appreciate your humor over this PG situation. What they should have done if they wanted to change their policy fine, but, grandfather in everyone with remaining points. We should be entitled to use up our points first before the new program starts. I've never heard of a company taking away something that we worked so hard to earn, the points aren't theirs to take!!
I just bought a doll from paradise galleries and this will be the last time i buy from them I will go back to buying dolls from an ebay seller i get my dolls from no more paradise galleries they just put themselves in the hole to lose customers!!! This is crazy unfair! My points are gone too! They originally stated that this wouldnt affect the current points...well they are gone paradise galleries! I had currently saved up to fifty off a doll and now i have just over a couple hundred points! Wouldnt this be considered fraud on their part? We earned the points per their stated advertisement. Withholding them now is fraudulant as well as false advertisement.

I said months ago I was done buying PG babies. I have had horrible experiences....Customer service, shoddy doll quality.... if I buy anymore it will be from someone else's collection. Utterly ridiculous.
I'm sorry you gave up on Paradise Galleries. !!!! I just ordered my first reborn baby girl from them, and I am excited to put her away until Christmas. She's delightful. Their money back guarantee, and quality guarantee are quite nice. Buying online is so often quite a risk, at least with PG you can send the doll back if you don't like it. It is disappointing that they didn't treat you with more respect.
I sorry for that happened to you. I have had some problems with Paradise Galleries too. I found that emailing them was the easiest way to get a hold of them.
You're right, they really messed up! If you earn 1 point per dollar, then you should get the same value in dollars....however, you need to save more points to get a free doll. Not cool, PG!!!

I was thinking about buying two of their dolls but I thought I would get dolls that weren't going to move heads arm or legs and I'm not handy enough to fix them. I tried Temu dolls and I bought all vinyl. They both move beautifully. They aren't weighted but for me tha'ts good. I like to hold and rock my babies and I have a very bad back and bad joints so the light weight works for me. Hope to see you again soon.
When you have a problem...it has been said the dissatisfied customer will tell at least five other people about that bad experience. You both have certainly exceeded that! You both look like sisters! It's so sweet! I didn't even know they had points for free dolls.

This infuriates me its one thing to change the point system its another to take away what you earned on their original point system that was earned fairly. I looked at their dolls and they aren't even worth the money they are asking for the dolls IMO. They like to use advertising bullshit to mess with your head. I have purchased from PG and Ashton Drake. I like the Ashton Drake dolls better quality (yes they are a little more expensive) but worth it. I quit ordering from PG quite awhile ago, after having to return a doll with a lopsided face. They said, "the doll was within acceptable parameters" but it looked more like a doll that had an accident, getting run over by a Mack truck or something! Non-existent quality!! Go with Ashton Drake, you will be pleasantly surprised. K-Mart dolls even have better quality. Your mom is amazing, and I want to be just like her whenever I grow up! lol 😂

I've missed you two so much. I was upset with paradise galleries when I bought my first doll, little rebel, and he had black marks. Alot of people said it was from the clothes, but he had plastic on his arms and legs all the way to his cloth, so that was not the reason at all. However I bought him from Amazon and when I contacted paradise galleries they said they dont guarantee anything shipped from a third party seller. Well it's STILL their item regardless. So I pretty much knew then. If it was a caring company they would guarantee their items no matter if it's 3rd party or directly from them. At least in my opinion that's just good business. Also adora has some pretty cute dolls. More expensive than p.g. but cheaper than a.d.
ABSOLUTELY!! They should take care of any issues with any of their dolls (unless the doll was bought at a garage sale or something like that.) My daughter and I are DONE with them…. You guys could take them to the Better business bureau or you could ask for all your money back on the dolls since at the time that you were buying them the program was 10 points for every dollar spent

You guys have shown so many dolls that I have gone and bought after watching your video! They did the same thing to me I had just as many points as you it took me some time but I finally got in touch with them by messaging them on Facebook and their way of so called making it right for me was just an insult they gave me a $10 off coupon code and that was supposed to make it better. I’m so pissed at them. So understand why you are so mad at them.
