What time of the year did you visit? I plan on taking my wife and there there was...am a Kenyan American just flew back to Minneapolis from kenya after a 3 Month vacation.
@Blessed Mweru So why has Diani, Kenya beaten Zanzibar 5 times in a row 2015-2020 as the best beach destination in Africa by the World Tourism Awards if it has "no match"? Zanzibar is beautiful but stop with the extras. All these East Africa beaches are award-winning.
@ESM, Kenyans know how to sell tourism. There are also many options in Diani from restuarants to diving schools to nightlife. Services is another plus in Kenyan tourism. Zanzibar has unspoilt beauty but lacking in may of the above

We will be in Nairobi for a few days going to the graduation of one of our star pupils we sponsor through my being in Rotary.
