L. Schneider haha sorry the software to join the videos didn't do a go job of it unfortunately. Will try and get the HD version uploaded at some point soon. Cheers
Kaha se kudega ye ..... What a great joke .... Whenever I flying near any village people comes and discuss about flying .... I love the way of theirs talking....
very frustrating. Each time a pilot would near launch, I would hope to see his control and body possition, but no...the camera would focus on the wing, or nothing at all.
keff1340 sorry man! I hear ya!The software to convert the video f’ed up the quality, been trying to find the original video but no idea what I did with it, the camera itself was a full HD but the conversion made it look like one from the early 2000s.
Co Caine wind strength actually a little low, thus slow to launch. the only near miss I've had on this launch was when the wind was not strong enough .
+Jeff Parker they were probably just waiting for the best breeze (wind) to launch. Even though I think they took long time as the glider itself was inflating pretty easy, but.. it is up to the pilots to feel the best moment and safer.I am a paraglider myself, am not very experienced but.. take your time, no rush.. safety comes first.
+Jeff Parker - at this site, though it looks fairly calm, it can be gusty and the wind where you are standing, is a lot different from the wind where the wing will be above you. I fly here & these guys are the very experienced pilots (white wing guy in particular) & if they are waiting so long there will be a reason ! As for turning left - that is the general direction with the longest run of lift - this is ridge soaring type flying so you travel along the ridge to gain lift, turn & travel back the other way & keep gaining or maintaining height as you go. There are "road rules" in the sky on who has right of way etc.
New Zealand is not safety country. A thief appeared in this mountain in Hasting. Yesterday my friend and I’s backpack disappeared in the car... Please see the same backpack in the picture, please help the police! Thank you 🙏We drove the red car. Please pay attention to your health and property safety! Yesterday they fly to Christchurch airport 4pm from Napier
