Paragliding from Lionshead in Cape Town South Africa 

Nice video......back in 1950 when I was 12 years old I climbed Lions Head with my 10 year old brother and another friend.....it was a popular tourist attraction and we climbed with a group of other people. We made tea on the top and had sandwiches too..

done this exact same jump. amazing view from up there, i landed on the beach though :)

Cape Town has some of the best flying... my favourite (check my vid) is still to cross onto the apostles :)
