3 beautiful flights on 3 different spots in 2 days. #Capetown offers one of the most beautiful scenes for #paragliding worldwide.
First spot in video is #Kommetjie, south of Cape Town. Second spot is #Franschhoek in the Winelands and third awsome spot is #Lionshead in Cape Town.

3 wunderschöne Flüge in 3 unterschiedlichen Fluggebieten in 2 Tagen. Kapstadt, das Westcap und die Winelands, bieten weltweit eine der schönsten Regionen zum Gleitschirmfliegen.
Das erste Fluggebiet im Video ist Kommetjie, liegt ca. 40 Autominuten südlich von Kapstadt. Der zweite Spot ist Franschhoek in den Winelands. Ca. eine Autostunde von Kapstadt entfernt. Der dritte Spot in der Lions Head, liegt direkt in Kapstadt und bietet atemberaubende Aussichten auf die 12 Apostel, den Tafelberg und über den gesamten City-Bowl.

One of the best videos of the Cape I.ve see and the music was so relaxing I just had to watch it 3 times.........I lived at the base of Lions Head in Kloof Nek in the 50's when my family emigrated to SA.

Curious about what 360 camera you used, and how you set it for the selfie stick on the harness ?

Hey Chris, that is the Insta 360 X-One cam. The selfie stick disappears atomaticly by the Insta software -> that's amazing! The stick is mounted with a clamp on the carabiner. Cheers

How did you find the launch at Kommetjie ?

Hi, you can takeoff from the road or a few meters above. A friend showed me the upper launch.
