Paragliding Kozákov crash 

from my point of view, the cause at his incident is because of faster exit after 360 whithout dissipation, or not enought, the consequensly is a collappse. Then, a pilot brake (surely because of stress) instead of let's fly the wing, New consequensly, the stall and twist.

Such a relaxing hobby.

Stall it or let it fly, nothing inbetween ;-)

take your legs in !!!! if they are streched you are slow in stopping a rotation. From this you get twists!!!
