I’m using your guys UVB light for my pothos bioactive enclosure. Do I need an LED as well?

I'm building a 3 ft tall paludarium for a rhino rat snake. Trying to figure out which lights(if more than one) I need for plants as well as heat for my reptile. Any suggestions?
