Paramhansa Yogananda's Scientific Healing Affirmations and Healing Prayers Methods 

Paramhansa Yogananda emphasized that the darkness cannot remain where the Light is present and teaches us that attunment to the Divine Light through meditation, prayer and affirmation can drive away the darkness of disease in a person’s body, mind and soul.
God responds to our prayers and He will heal us according to divine will in the way that is needed for our highest good. Healing prayers can also be sent to others by drawing on the unlimited divine energy and then projecting it to the person in need. We will learn Yogananda’s praying and affirmations methods and will practice them together.
We will also learn how to resolve personal conflicts and to protect ourselves from inner and outer negativity.
The video is from a workshop led in Gurgaon, India, by Cecilia Anoushka Sharma, part of Ananda since 1997. She teaches Paramhansa Yogananda Healing Methods in India and leads the Ananda India Healing Prayers Group, also counselling and helping people with Yogananda's Methods in personal healing sessions.
