I'm a Paramore fan since Riot! and I had to make an 80s remix for one of their songs so here it is, I hope you'll like it. ^_^ Follow me on Instagram: / sxlostlevels
aesthetic for this song: you just left home for college and you’re at a party. this song comes over the loud speakers and the lyrics punch you in your stomach and you run to your dorm to call your mom.
I LIVE for this. It’s close to the original but there’s some spice in the arrangement as well as a change in the sound quality for that 80s sound. Mad respect!!!!
The real xylophones, Roland D-50 xylophones, Roland D-50 internal patch “Bass Marimba”, LinnDrum, Roland D-50 internal patches “Fantasia”, “Soundtrack”, “Horn Section” and “Pipe Solo” and Roland TR-808 claps were heard in this cool 1989/Synthwave remix.
@@Itsmeemily94 After playing with hardware synths for a while I can recognize some famous presets from the Roland/Yamaha factory library but Adam Harris has some magic ears. If you hang out in 80's land on RU-vid you can find him pointing out other samples and presets in songs both new and old. Pretty mindblowing what he's able to hear.
For sure! I'm uploading the audio file to DropBox tomorrow (I'll leave you the link here when it's up). Just don't forget to promote the channel if you could, please. Thank you so much!
SxAde's Lost Levels absolutely!! I want EVERYONE to hear your work! Being an 80’s inspired queen, your playing the songs of my heart and your work needs to be appreciated. 🖤
Seems a mix of matt bianco and janet jackson also reminds me a famous uk group but I don't remember the name, but the location of video is filmed in a hippodrome!
I already know the song has a slight 80's vibe to it already but I think it would make it a great base but you should remix twenty one pilot's Level of Concern
Hello! I loved the video so much I subscribed to your channel!! Do you mind if I use this in a college move in vlog? I will give you credit!! And if so do you think I will copyright?
I don't mind Letting you down easy, but just give it time If it don't hurt now then just wait, just wait a while You're not the big fish in the pond no more You are what they're feeding on So what are you gonna do When the world don't orbit around you? So what are you gonna do When the world don't orbit around you? Ain't it fun? Living in the real world Ain't it good? Being all alone Where you're from You might be the one who's running things Where you can ring anybody's bell and get what you want See it's easy to ignore trouble When you're living in a bubble So what are you gonna do When the world don't orbit around you? So what are you gonna do When nobody wants to fool with you? Ain't it fun? Living in the real world Ain't it good? Being all alone? Ain't it good to be on your own? Ain't it fun? You can't count on no one Ain't it good to be on your own? Ain't it fun? You can't count on no one Ain't it fun? Living in the real world Don't go crying to your mama 'Cause you're on your own in the real world Don't go crying to your mama 'Cause you're on your own in the real world Don't go crying to your mama 'Cause you're on your own in the real world Don't go crying to your mama 'Cause you're on your own in the real world Ain't it fun, ain't it fun? Baby, now you're one of us Ain't it fun, ain't it fun? Ain't it fun? Ain't it fun? Living in the real world Ain't it good? (Ain't it good?) Being all alone Ain't it fun living in the real world? ('Cause the world don't orbit around you) Ain't it good? (Ain't it good?) Being all alone Don't go crying to your mama (Run to your mama) 'Cause you're on your own in the real world (Don't go crying) Don't go crying to your mama (To your mama) 'Cause you're on your own in the real world Don't go crying to your mama 'Cause you're on your own in the real world (This is the real world) Don't go crying to your mama 'Cause you're on your own in the real world (This is the real world) Don't go crying (This is the real world) to your mama 'Cause you're on your own in the real world Don't go crying to your mama (Don't you cry) 'Cause you're on your own in the real world Don't go crying (Don't you go, don't you go crying) Don't go crying (You're on your own) Don't go crying (Don't go crying to your mama) Don't go crying
@@reysanchez9978 I have a crush on both Hayley Williams and Cindy Lauper, I also love their hair so it was a no brainer for me to make that picture. xd
It's quite a long process. First I find an acapella anywhere on the Internet, then I'll just star messing around in the DAW really, I improvise with many synthesizers, melodies, basslines, chord progressions until I get something I like. I've been making electronic music for quite a long time now and it's a bit hard for me to explain what I'm doing, because all I'm doing is just having fun making it. The 80s sound comes from intuition, sometimes I use digital versions of old synthesizers and sometimes I build the sounds from the ground on NI Massive, the process may vary everytime for what I want to make on each song. If you want to make this kind of remixes or songs I'll recommend you to download a DAW (like FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, etc., anyone works), search some virtual synthesizers (like the Roland ones, Korg or Arturia), study music theory, practice A LOT and off course, never stop listening to 80s music. I know I'm not being very helpful here but as I said, it's a bit hard to explain. xd I hope this is heplful in any manner anyway. Stay RAD, my dear Internet user.
