Meet Rylan Gleave: composer, vocalist, bandleader and Musician in Residence with Paraorchestra.
Our Musicians in Residence programme was created in recognition of a lack of professional support and development opportunities for musicians identifying as D/deaf, disabled, or neurodiverse and offers an entirely unique model of professional development for music-makers within our existing pool of musicians to develop and grow their practice.
