Fred, that was excellent balancing, especially getting into the Hot Tub! I’d like to say that those inflatable hot tubs are rather tricky for me even as an Able-Bodied person, so jolly good my dear chap!

Right on, Freddo!!! I've always loved hot tubs. I've never been a fan of swimming pools but I love lounging in a hot tub. I will have one, one day, I hope but I will probably have to get one of those lifts that takes you out of your chair and lifts you into the hot tub as my upper body strength isn't quite able to handle what you just did there, mind you maybe by then it will be... Well Done!!! Talk to you on Tuesday!!

Bravo Fred, but I have to admit watching you getting in and out had me nervous. I have a bitch of a time getting into the bathtub onto my bath chair due to spasm MS legs.

Yes the spasms can be tricky depending on the day. Luckily they were not too bad on this day.

اخي فريد اريد اسالك هل هند احساس خارجي وداخل زوجي اصيب بحادث واصبح مشلول نصفي لايمشي مند سنة وشهر وقال طبيب عند نخاع سليم وهو عند كدمة في نخاع شوكي قال دكتور يلزملو علاج طبيعي وانا ماعند امكنيات لخد الى خارج انا من جزائر رد عني ارجوك قال طبيب لزملو مسبح هل تساعد شراء هدا مسبح ارجوك الله يوقف على قدميك يارب العالمين وسهل عليكم يارب
