True! I ADORE NATHAN Lane in mostly anything but his role as Pepper was the most entertaining, *annoying, 😁, and endearing all at once. "I'm out here schvitzing like a LINE COOK!" 😂
I love this show, I don’t know why, it just makes me feel happy when I’m sad, I’ve binged watched sooo many episodes, I genuinely love this show, there’s just something about it..

I think it’s because they embrace their audience and showcase their wildly unique yet relatable characters without giving the impression that their way is the universal one or that compromise is a bad thing. It succeeds where a lot of Hollywood goes wrong where they cram in a very narrow narrative and anyone outside of their mindset is bad or stupid while everyone inside their mindset is perfect and unquestionable. It just says “Here we are; we’re not perfect or flawless - we’re just us, and we hope you enjoy this glimpse of our lives.”
Nathan was also perfect in “the Bird Cage”, with Robin Williams….(“fairy dust…fairy dust….fairy dust.” And…”he’s chewing gum….he can’t chew gum while I’m singing!!!”
Nathan Lane won 3 Emmy Awards for Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program - Timon & Pumbaa: Season 1 for playing Timon, Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program - Teacher's Pet for playing Spot/Scot and Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series - Only Murders in the Building: The Boy From 6B for playing Teddy Dimas.
Pepper is my favorite supporting cast, the episode with him and Phil recreating the 'La La Land' scene is perfect. Wish they would have brought him back for the last seasons.
Does everybody know the episode where Gloria meets Pepper's husband and they both have a confrontation because they're both Latin??? That was really funny 😊😊
Lol! Yess. It was such a short yet super funny scene. "Venezualian, no Columbian... Peruvian...? Mmmm... The best part Mitchell startes at them and goes "Not sure what this is all about".🤣🤣
He's sweet almost everywhere he is 😅 The only place I hated him was American Crime Story, he played F. Lee Bailey, the scumbag defence lawyer who died not long ago. Other than that, he's one of the funniest actors I've ever seen, my favourite film of his is MouseHunt 🤣🤣

Yes....5,6,7,8.....I felt sure he'd perfectly connect with that ball after he counted off, but then....where would the laugh come from? Still I do love our "Peppercito". ❤
How is Lily so old omg, she sounds like she’s sixteen and looks 12. Weird to think she’s about the same age as manny and look when modern family started.
Yeah but among pre-teens and teens, even a difference of a couple of years in age makes a huge difference. I think Lily and Manny are supposed to be 4-5 years apart so you can't say they're the same age. When they're both older, maybe.
@@hittingyouoverthehead no, they meant that she's the same age as Manny and Luke were when the show started which is probably true. (There's a typo.. look=Luke)
"If you two had any money, I'd sue you!"... 😂😂😂 Pepper really cracks me up and I love the running joke that not just Pepper but also Ronaldo and now their son think Mitch and Cam are poor.
@@dieeine8114 It’s fact. And if you don’t grasp the Modern Family style of acerbic wit, why in the actual FUCK would you mention the word “stupid?” Go away.
Stephen Murphy Let's be honest here, I don't care which Incarnation of The Producers you watch, the stage or movie version, the character of Max is mediocre at best. I like Mel Brooks, I like The Producers but it's far from his best work. I'd even put Mel Brooks's remake of To Be or Not To Be before any version of The Producers.
I like how they make jokes about Mitch and Cam being the poorest, when, in fact, they are definitely middle class (By the way, the take has amazing video about how channels back at the day didn't wabt to show really poor people, so they made a middle class with nice houses "poor")
I love this show. Modern Family is like the perfect world because of the imperfect people in it, but it’s done with respect (mostly) and by not taking everything too seriously (mostly) and most importantly for having people who care about you checking you and pushing back and calling you out on your bs when you’re being a little too extra.
You will also look old one day. And some nasty young bitch will make a comment about it and you will feel so bad... Well, you deserve this for such shitty petty comment you made now.
I'm pretty sure Cam is based on Nathan Lane's character from The Birdcage. Imagine if Robin Williams was in Modern Fam. He would've stolen every scene he was in but it would've been funny af.
