@@jenbk2bk275 Hopefully you'd find the courage to hold back your impulses. As a mother, your children needs you at home(depending how old they are) and not in jail!
They will also blame the mom for posting pictures of them all over the internet for every stranger, weirdo, paedophiles to see. I dont post pictures of my children on the internet. I protect them at all costs
This episode freaked my best friend out, she had a 6 month old baby at the time and stopped posting pictures and asked me to do the same. She shouldn't be afraid to show off her daughter. People suck.
@@theashgirl8662 thank you so much! ❤ she's actually about to have her third daughter! She's due any day. And she's less freaked out, she knows her girls are safe. But this episode definitely threw her for a loop.
@@highwayxj9397 while I wanna agree, sometimes that’s the easiest why show them to friends and family. I think people should make private pages for friends and family ONLY
At least blurr the faces or put a transparent text over them with a writing that proves who they belong to or something like that if you really want to post your kids. The best thing to do (at least the most secure) is to not to it at all like you said, but IF you want to do it, make sure no one can use them for awful reasons like this.
Parents shouldn’t have to be terrified to show off their kids and their kids’ milestones and accomplishments on social media just because some crazy people out there try to ruin it. It’s a shame some people are like that. We live in a crazy world. But the parents in this episode were fantastic, they handled everything very well and exhibited so much restraint and empathy towards this woman who traumatized them.
@@gabygabriella96 we’re not blaming the victims but they should enforce the fact that once a phot of their kids ends up on the internet they have no control of what happens to it even when it’s deleted they don’t know if it’s already been screenshotted and used for malicious purposes, the world is a dangerous place
I seriously question this chick’s touch with reality. Not only does she willingly give consent to Dr. Phil searching her Facebook account, but she adamantly and calmly denies that there are any stolen photos on there as if she believes it herself
My friend dated guy for a short while. He was just crazy. She had had enough of him and dumped him. A few days later she got a message from his ex wife, with a screen shot of a picture of my friends daughter, and he was claiming she was HIS daughter and he hopes he gets to see her soon! He'd never MET my friend's daughter. Ugh gave me the chills!
Roger's wife here. Rewatching this again right now. Ashley is chilling!! She is NOT sorry, she is still lying, no empathy, no remorse. If she is not locked up, I don't see her stopping this terrorism. 😮
When she said “I don’t know” with that attitude... ugh my blood boiled! I’m not a violent person but if that was my son I don’t think I could have controlled myself I would have started swinging 😭😭😭💔💔 that’s so scary! Omg. I hope the parents got through this situation without too much trauma 💔
I also don't understand why the parents agreed to allow the kids' names and faces to be revealed on the show after all this. Most parents who come on Dr. Phil have their children's faces blurred.
Well the mom was originally posting the same pictures and actual names in a group on Facebook so ig since they are already out there it wouldn’t make that much of a difference. Just a thought though.
You can clearly see moms hurt and frustration but the way she held her composure is miraculous any mother would feel violated, and idk what human sees this so nonchalantly
She agreed to go on Dr. Phil knowing she did this… That is a whole other level of denial and delusion. The woman is actually really sick and needs professional help.
Yeah, and this is exactly why my husband and I do not post pictures of our daughter on any of our socials, and we won’t until she’s old enough to understand and give consent.
This is why I don't post pictures of my kids. I have 4 yr old twin girls and although you may hear them in the background on videos, you never see them. Stuff like this is so scary
Prime example as to why so many parents don’t put their children on the Internet, but you should also make your accounts private and don’t accept stranger’s friend requests! Where’s Nev Schulman & Kamie Crawford from Catfish to confront this delusional woman? Of course, I do wonder if she had a miscarriage or some sort of loss of twin girls...
Parents shouldn’t even be posting photos of their children fir the world to see. Especially if they are minors who cannot consent. These are adults. They know the dangers of posting children online. Do I feel bad? Yes. But they should have been responsible and never posted on a public profile. They can easily text the photos to family and friends.
It’s not victim blaming but any one can use a pic they find online. The first time there’s a problem is the time to stop posting kids pics online , common sense.
@@Angie_bae they’re not letting her win but more so PROTECTING THEIR KIDS, but go off, let’s say they did delete the photos, here’s a thing about technology, what do you do when you want to keep a photo but don’t want to download it or look for it later? It’s called screenshot, once a photo ends up on the internet whether deleted or not once it’s on the internet you can’t control what happens to the photo, in order to prevent a dangerous plant from growing you have to go to the root of the problem and that is not posting you’re kids, the world is not you’re friend, it’s a dangerous place
She’s clearly lying and can’t hide it. She’s blushing! Her cheeks are bright red! She does know how they got there and it was here who posted them and then deleted some of them. We all know that. She needs to be taken to jail for this crime and then a rehab course once she gets out. Plain and simple. Maybe by then she’ll get a dose of reality and start making better choices.
Why would she put someone else’s kids that she doesn’t know on FB? I got rid of FB 2.5 years ago and I don’t regret it…. Life is so much better without it
Yep also a plus one of that is that emojis can’t be edited out unless they have the original xiv data, it’s much more reassuring than blurring or scribbling out a child’s face now with editing being advanced
Someone had done this to my little cousin that my friend has custody of. A person he was working with was showing off his "daughter " and my friend realized that he was showing pictures of his family. Saying the boys (his sons)in the pictures were "family friends "
This is exactly why I don't really post my son and I won't be posting very many of my daughter either. It sucks that people can't even post pictures for their family members because of people like this
Here is a solution. Parents should not be posting pictures of their children. If you’re going to post pictures keep your account private and keep your circle of fb friends very small and selective.
Its sad that the mom takes these pictures and publishes them so openly. There is not one thought about these girl's privacy. That is the real crime here.
This is why my fb is private. This is so creepy. No one has the right to steal pictures. I don’t even post pictures with my friends kids unless I have their permission. I wouldn’t want it done to me. It’s so creepy.
