At 16 the brother is still a minor. His parents can be thrown in jail for child endangerment for throwing him out and the girl can get child support from the parents.

Story 1 NTA but curious why OP didn't take the parents to court for child support....even if they kicked brother out they should still be held financially responsible till he is 18.
In the UK you can kick kids out at 16, or they can choose to leave without permission. There is no requirement to pay child support. There is a social support system here though - moving in with other family was not his only choice, just cushier than the free hand-out's he'd get.

Story 2, OP should just tell this woman that he prefers his own kids to other people's kids - there's nothing wrong with that. She got plenty of hand-outs from her sibling already.
Last story : He wants his wife to return to work after only 2 weeks postpartum. Then , on his 3 months off , he will pawn the baby off on a relative . Whilst he looks for another job & most likely , his own apartment 🙄. Seems like he has a plan that doesn't include child care & his wife . 😫 Sure , he lives on the computer & doesn't know how long maternity leave is 🙄? He doesn't want her to stay home for 8 weeks , with him & the baby . He's ready to leave , probably 2 weeks after baby born . I mean, the question of the last comment "Who is going to take care of the baby while he is looking for a new job and doing interviews" is kinda obvious. The same person that is already taking care of the child that is already at home: OP.
